Detailed Description

Config Encoder: counts ticks.

Simple (no direction) or Quad (directed). Quad encoder connects to two consecutive ports.

Parameters
digitalnumdigital port the encoder is connected to (1-12)
is_quadif True, quad encoder (using two ports), otherwise simple encoder. Default False.
